uuko Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "uuko", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the uuko platform accessible at uuko.bio, together with its owners, operators, affiliates, agents, and successors.
• "Platform" means the uuko website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services, products, and features accessible via uuko.bio.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the uuko Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Funds" means any balance held in a User's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other event offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by uuko subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by uuko before processing withdrawals or at any time uuko deems appropriate.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law.

References to a statute or regulation include any amendment or re-enactment thereof. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the uuko Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. uuko enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any person under the age of 21 is prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing bets on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any financial sanctions, anti-money-laundering restrictions, or international watchlist designations that would prohibit your use of the Platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the uuko Platform or had your Account suspended or terminated by uuko for any reason.

uuko reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any Funds deposited by an underage user will be forfeited, and no winnings arising from underage gambling will be paid out.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the uuko Platform, you must register for an Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your registration details and promptly update them if any information changes.
• You will not create more than one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. If uuko discovers that a User holds more than one Account, all Accounts may be suspended and any Funds or winnings within them forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party.
• You will notify uuko immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

uuko reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Registration does not confer any proprietary rights over the Account — the Account remains the property of uuko and is made available to you on a revocable licence basis.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

uuko operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to provide identity verification documents at any of the following stages:

• Before your first withdrawal is processed.
• When your cumulative withdrawals exceed a threshold determined by uuko at its discretion.
• When uuko has reasonable grounds to suspect that an Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or money-laundering purposes.
• At any time that uuko deems it necessary to comply with applicable laws or internal risk policies.

Accepted KYC documents include, but are not limited to: National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or any other government-issued photo identification valid in Bangladesh. uuko may also request proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by uuko may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in serious cases, Account termination. uuko will handle all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the uuko Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). uuko supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Bank Transfer.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. uuko does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which uuko bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed the same business day, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. uuko does not charge any processing fees on withdrawals. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless otherwise approved by uuko's payment team.

Declined Transactions: uuko reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, uuko will notify the relevant User and may request additional documentation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

uuko may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per User, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• uuko reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time if it suspects abuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms or the specific promotion's conditions.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds that exceed any stated maximum withdrawal cap will be voided.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another User or exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements.
• In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion's specific terms shall take precedence for matters relating solely to that promotion.

uuko's promotional calendar includes seasonal campaigns aligned with major Bangladeshi events and sporting fixtures including BPL, IPL, ICC tournaments, Eid, and Independence Day. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of its specific terms.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the uuko Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the Platform:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User unless uuko explicitly provides a cash-out facility for that market.
• uuko reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or accepted in error, including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or bets placed after an event has commenced where in-play betting was not offered.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. uuko does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the result recorded on uuko's systems shall be considered final, subject to any applicable review process outlined in the relevant sport or game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and are subject to change at uuko's discretion.
• uuko reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable to any User in any single bet or within any rolling period, at its sole discretion.

8 Responsible Gaming

uuko is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Users. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, temporary time-outs, and permanent self-exclusion. 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uuko Platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and disclosure to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation.
• Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or any other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, pricing mistake, or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or bonus abuse strategies that are designed to systematically extract value from promotional offers in bad faith.
• Making chargebacks or reversals with your payment provider without first contacting uuko's support team to attempt resolution.
• Using the Platform in a manner that disrupts or interferes with the experience of other Users or with the operation of uuko's systems.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the uuko Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, audio, and video, is the intellectual property of uuko or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of uuko.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is displayed on the uuko Platform under licence.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uuko's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

uuko shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — even if uuko has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

uuko does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that defects will be corrected. Access to the Platform may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond uuko's reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, acts of government, or civil unrest.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits uuko's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

uuko collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

uuko implements SSL/TLS encryption, hashed credential storage, and optional two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect the security of your Account and personal data. However, no system is entirely free from risk, and uuko encourages Users to maintain strong, unique passwords and to enable 2FA on their Accounts.

13 Amendments to These Terms

uuko reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, uuko will notify registered Users via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the User's Account, where reasonably practicable.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your Account and withdraw any remaining Funds.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute. The current effective date of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which uuko operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through uuko's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent uuko from seeking injunctive or other urgent relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where uuko reasonably believes that its rights or the integrity of the Platform are at immediate risk.

Users in Bangladesh acknowledge that the Platform is made available to them on the basis that they have independently satisfied themselves as to the legality of accessing and using online betting and casino services in their specific location. uuko makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction.
